Interel Strengthens Management Team

Well, it’s now official! Yesterday we advised all clients and friends of our management changes from the New Year. Andrew Dunlop becomes Executive Chairman. I’m being promoted to be Managing Director and Steve Edwards becomes my Deputy. This is a hugely exciting time for our company. Earlier this year we rebranded
to become Interel Consulting UK. We have enjoyed double digit growth in 2010 winning three competitive pitches in the past month alone. We’ve just won the ‘Campaign of the Year’ Award from Public Affairs News and we have a great team of people, having recently bolstered our team with top Conservative and Lib Dem hires. I couldn’t be starting my new job in better circumstances. Roll on the 1st of January!

Campaign of the Year Award 2010

Interel Consulting won Campaign of the Year Award 2010. We’re very proud and had a great night out. Here’s the view of Clare Fraser our Information and Research Executive.
On the 27th October we attended our first awards ceremony as Interel Consulting UK. The annual Public Affairs News Awards were held at the Brewery in the City, and we were lucky enough to be wined and dined by a two star Michelin chef. Our three course meal was followed by the Awards ceremony which was presented by the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg who kindly reminded the audience that any bribes offered in exchange for winning an award would not be accepted! The Interel table waited with baited breath for the Private Sector Campaign of the Year category which we were shortlisted for. Fortunately we didn’t have to wait too long and it was good news for the Interel team as we were awarded Private Sector Campaign of the Year 2010 for work undertaken with PayPoint the bill payment provider. Lee Whitehill Director of Communications at Interel who worked on the account along with Andrew Dunlop and George McGregor, accepted the award on behalf of Interel.Above is a picture of the Interel team on stage happily showing off the Award which now holds pride of place in our office.
